What about the character?
When recruiting many look at past successes as an indication of future success. Is this always a good indicator?
What about the person who has no track record?
Is this person worthless?
Definitely not.
I remember interviewing an 18-year-old who had no track record relating to the position available.
He had character, lots of character.
The 18-year-old joined the company and 6 years later became the Sales Manager.
Are past successes an indication of future success?
Past results and education might look and prove to be good in the short term, however, a person's true character always shows through.
