You stand in front of the mirror and you say "I must lose some weight.
I am not happy with the way I look".
You stand in front of the mirror, you say
"I look good today. I am very happy with the way I look'.
The mirror is the same. It is the same you looking in the mirror
Which one of the above is reality?
The answer is both.
Your thoughts create your reality.
The exciting news is this.
If you are not happy with your present reality you can create a new one.
Once we realise this we can begin to create a new reality.
We can change our state of being.
The big question is...
Is it enough just to think differently?
How we think (mind) affects how we feel (body) . Until we make the mind body connection any change will only be temporary.
We make think differently (mind), but we don't feel different (body).
There is no emotional connection to our thought.
I call the mind body connection self-awareness.
How do you become self-aware?
You become an observer of yourself.
What are you thinking (mind).
How are you feeling (body).
The mind body connection is so powerful.
Your thoughts create your reality when your mind and body are in sync.
