External things can’t fix external issues.

Having more money or moving home does not solve the problems that people have. Money only marginally changes lives. Yes, it is better to have it than not have it. But are the people who you think of as rich more happier and content than you. Will moving home to another part of the country or another part of the world really solve the problems you may have? You may feel brighter and better for a few days, weeks or months but if you have taken the same problems with you, life will soon become the same.

External things can't fix internal issues.

Making internal changes make a real difference. Making a change may mean letting go of the things that are holding you back. Letting go is like taking off a concrete overcoat and being free to move freely again. Letting go is a simple way to release anger, frustration, stress and many other things in your life. Working with someone to support you in this process is life changing. It's good to talk.

Fix the internal issues and see hour your world changes.
