Money only marginally changes lives.

Yes, it is better to have money than have none. But are the people you think of as being rich more happier, more content than you. External things can't fix internal issues. Money does not solve the problems that people without it thinks it does. Just like moving home to a different part of the country or moving across the world won't solve the problems that one may have. You may feel brighter and better for a few days and weeks but if you have taken the same problems with you, life will be the same.

External things can't fix internal issues.

Making a change will mean letting go of the things that are holding you back. Letting go is like taking off a concrete overcoat and being free to move freely again. Letting go is a simple way to release any anger, frustration, and stress in your life. Working with someone to support you this process is a life-changing experience. As they say, it is good to talk.
