Have you ever been sat reading a book or just relaxing when you hear someone knocking at your door? Who could it be? Do you invite every person who knocks at your door into your home? I would suggest not. However, every day we let the negative chatter of the TV news into our homes. We let ourselves be bombarded by social media notifications. We get distracted by following others people's lives. Their dramas, their problems. No matter how we try to avoid these things, we are all exposed to this noise.
